Frying bread in a spicy creamy batter has never tasted better. I bring you, besan bread. Besan is a special, Indian, black-eyed pea flour (as so my mother says). It’s frequently used in Indian dishes, like in curry. It’s a pretty simple recipe and takes about 15-20 minutes to make!
