Last summer my parents and I visited Denver, Colorado for a Sleep Medicine meeting (yes, that is a thing) . While it was pretty dope (punny, I know) to walk around the city, we wanted to see the scenic aspect of this lovely state. So we booked a whole day bus tour and set off on our Rocky Mountain Adventure! All photos are unedited (#nofilter) and were taken on a Nikon D5200. Here’s part one of our trip — to see more photos from the trip, or of my photography in general, follow my photography Instagram! Part two coming soon! Continue reading

Photography around Campus
To give my sarcastic mind a break, I thought I would share some of my photographs (mainly, the rather unhealthy amount of sunset photos I take) from around campus and the island. The majority of these do not have a filter on them (#teamnofilter). Hope you enjoy! Continue reading
Los Angeles: Madame Tussauds
We really wanted to see some celebrities. But since we didn’t want to be creepers (well, I should say my brother didn’t want to be a creeper), we decided it would be better (and more legal) for us to go Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum!
Los Angeles: Natural History Museum
My brother and I like going to museums, especially ones with a lot of science and animals. And by animals, I mean dinosaurs. So when we heard that the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles had a huge dinosaur exhibit, we had to go!
Los Angeles: Batman + Harry Potter
While visiting Warner Brother’s Studios, we were able to see two memorabilia halls for Batman and Harry Potter. We got to see all of the original costumes, props and cars (or brooms) for both series. Continue reading
Los Angeles: Warner Brother’s Studio Tour
To continue with the “Hollywood” theme, my brother and I decided to visit Warner Brother’s Studio and take a tour. We were with a small group of people and drove around with our tour guide. What made this tour different from Universal’s was the fact that we were able to get off and walk around the sets and interact and talk to our guide. And he catered the tour to our favorite shows (ours being Friends, of course)!
Los Angeles: Universal Studios Tour
Last summer my brother and I visited our little cousin in Los Angeles. We decided to make most of our four days there and do as much as we could. One of our first stops was Universal Studios where we got to take a studio tour!
A Trip to America: Fun at Home
It’s my last installment of “A Trip to America!” You can check the rest of them out under the “Photography” tab above. To close off this series, I wanted to recount some of the fun times we had right at home. And let me tell you, there was a lot of running around, dancing and funny faces to share!
A Trip to America: The North Carolina Aquarium
Since my grandparents liked going out on the boats, we thought they might like to look at more marine life. So we took them to the North Carolina Aquarium at Roanoke Island. The aquarium also had a dinosaur section!
A Trip to America: The North Carolina Zoo
One of the last things we did with our grandparents was taking them to the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro. Despite the insane heat and lack of water fountains, we managed to have a great time!
